At SoGo, we believe you have to love where you're at, enjoy the community, and learn something new every day. We start off with our No Sweat Intro; allowing us to get to know each other and what you're looking with your journey at SoGo. Our On-Ramp Course is specifically designed to assess your movement and introduce you to SoGo, 1 class at a time.

    This is your introduction to SoGo! In this 6 week program, we will take you through 5 one on one classes, teaching and assessing your movements as we progress through the foundations and fundamentals of CrossFit. For your graduation of the 5th class, your coach will join you for your first group class, to assist you with integrating into our group sessions.

    After your 5 one on one classes, you will have unlimited access to our group training as well as open gym time and Sauna sessions.

    30 Days from your No Sweat Intro, we will have a sit down check-in to go over your goals and how you're doing, and to discuss your membership with SoGo moving forward.

    Tier 2 includes Nutrition Consultation, as they say, abs are made in the kitchen!

    Tier 3 includes Nutrition Consultation and 3 personal training sessions to continue working and improving your skills!
